Sony Ericsson launches X8 in June 2010 to fill out its product in the series X. Device is armed with the Android 1.6 (Donut) has interesting features such as scratch-resistant surface, accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate, Proximity sensor for auto turn-off, Timescape UI, and Geo Tagging.
For the business of design, this device has a touchscreen display candybar design. For normal hand size, dimensions of 99 x 54 x 15 mm, weighing 104 grams, this device feels solid in gengaman. Material from the device itself is more plastic.
For those of you who likes to do social networking activities, Sony Ericsson provides a feature Timescape to organize messages or status that comes from your colleagues, both from Facebook, Twtter, or e-mail. Sony Ericsson to include the Sony Ericsson PC Suite application that you can install directly from this X8. With the Sony Ericsson PC Suite you can synchronize contacts, calendar, you can even directly to browse this device from your PC. Device is bundled with a data cable, manual book, earphones, charger, and one additional backcase.
