Adobe has released a web version of the program Adobe Photoshop to process images online with media work directly in the browser with Adobe Photoshop Express name. However, applications can be made into a full screen view, so like a desktop application.

Image processing features provided is very limited as shown in the picture above (click to see larger view), even there is no facility to add text to the photo being edited. In addition to uploading photos to be processed, we can also edit the photos from Facebook, Google Picasa, or Photobucket in Adobe Photoshop Express. Storage space provided is 2GB for each user.
You can directly download it from the Android Market. Search by keyword "adobe". Select Adobe Photoshop Express and install directly from the Android Market. After that the application can direct you to use.
